Having a survey to find out what your audience is looking for is such a smart move. I sell a lot of eBooks myself. Whenever I’m looking for a new idea, I send out an email to my email list and ask them what topics they would like more information about. This gives me endless ideas, and the new eBooks sell pretty well, because it’s something people actually want to buy. Smart move!

This is a great idea! Collecting information from a survey must give you some great insights. At some point I would like to sell an ebook. But right now I frequently buy them. My biggest issue is the low quality of many ebooks.
A good example is an ebook I bought about using MS Word for classroom projects. The author gave general ideas about the topic, and rehashed some basics about MS Word that anyone who can turn on computer would know, but he offered no concrete examples. I was very annoyed that I wasted my money.
I wish there was some sort of Quality control on Amazon to weed out the ebooks that offer little to no value.
I hope your survey results help you help others offer products of high quality.

Thanks for your kind words. I guess what separates good books from bad books is their rating. I’m not sure whether Amazon does any kind of screening on the ebooks uploaded by the authors when the books are in the right format.
So, you should read the reviews carefully.
